Fundraising

We have to raise approximately £150,000 per year to operate WAMDSAD and with the Beijing 2008 Paralympics following on from the able-bodied Olympic Games, this event adds significantly to the funds we have to find. We had three members representing Team GB (and WAMDSAD) at Athens, and as you can see, they came home with medals - Kathy Smith (Archery) won Gold, Jeanette Chippington (Swimming) won Silver and Cathy Mitton (Table Tennis) won Bronze.

Our aim with your help is to raise the funding we need each year to operate.
